Charlie Curran and I recently had this conversation on Barrett Avner’s Contain, a very special podcast built on good vibes and flow states. Here’s a preview:

In this episode, we discuss March’s NFT explosion as a matter of historical necessity and in relation to r/wallstreetbets and the general/libidinal economy. We wax apophatic about the taxonomy of curses, crypto as a new occult practice and its role as a paradigm-threatening subculture.
We also introduce Accursed Share, our Bataillean contribution to this psychodrama, through the genesis and implications of its inaugural project: the lifting of an actual, algorithmic curse via an artistic intervention that proves Clarke’s Third Law, “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.”
Remember Token & Taboo? We did it.
